What the proposer workspace contains
The Proposer area has four local rehearsals: Create campaign, Campaign status, Close campaign, and Policy controls. They demonstrate form flow, proportional accounting, guarded transitions, and optional access rules using synthetic data.
The campaign dossiers shown on current campaign pages are authored fixtures. The creation wizard does not dynamically edit or generate those dossier sections.
Create a fictional campaign
The wizard collects a proposer profile, eligible base asset, mandate, backing goal and deadline, campaign-token identity, swap fee, and fixed pre-goal withdrawal fee. Review the final terms before publishing because the withdrawal fee is fixed for that local campaign.
Publishing creates an in-memory campaign for the current browser session. It does not verify the proposer, deploy contracts, form an SPV, accept investor funds, publish documents, or contact a provider.
Diligence required beyond the wizard
A production campaign would require reviewed evidence and accountable external owners well beyond the fields collected by this local wizard.
- Independent proposer identity, background, conflict, and authority review.
- A falsifiable mandate with counterthesis, milestones, budget, timeline, escalation path, and wind-down plan.
- Confirmed base-asset eligibility, custody acceptance, record-holder chain, voting or proxy capability, and corporate-action handling.
- Reviewed offering, token, SPV, brokerage, custody, tax, communications, and participant terms.
- Named operational owners, independent approvals, deadlines, recovery routes, and reconciled evidence.
Operate and close the rehearsal
Campaign status lets you model deposits and swap-fee allocations, inspect the backing ratio, and advance a synthetic lifecycle when its staged evidence and signer conditions are met. These local signers are fixtures rather than confirmed organizations.
Close campaign reflects the proposer’s limited authority. The proposer can request termination, but cannot release custody assets or open redemption alone. Later reconciliation and independent approval steps are separate.
The authenticated local Operations page is a separate workspace with its own local service and signed fictional identities. Completing its workflow ends at instructions ready; it does not release assets or settle a live claim.
Test policy without changing the accounting
Policy controls can rehearse wallet verification, transfer allowlists, approved venues, jurisdiction rules, wallet caps, redemption policy, and emergency pause. These toggles do not change the pro-rata backing engine or establish an approved launch policy.
Each workspace reset affects only its own panel state and may retain backing activity, draft fields or an already-created campaign. Reloading clears the locally published campaign and all main-app in-memory changes.
