From tokenized equities to onchain influence

The Campaign Protocol

This fictional TOWN model accepts eligible tokenized equities and mints a separate campaign token at the current backing ratio.

01

Verify

Launch requires independent identity, background and conflict checks. No such verification is connected in this demo.

02

Deposit / Redeem

The first issue mints 1:1; later deposits and all redemptions use the pro-rata backing ratio.

03

Swap

The prototype models swap quotes without asserting live liquidity or settlement.

04

Activate

The goal locks redemption so the voting bloc stays intact.

Coming soon · Large stock-token purchases

RFQ / OTC

Request for quote (RFQ) and over-the-counter (OTC) trading: planned access to negotiated quotes for larger stock-token purchases, with the aim of reducing reliance on thin liquidity pools.

Availability, pricing and settlement will depend on providers. Lower market impact is a goal, not a guarantee of zero impact or price parity with the underlying stock.

What TOWN builds

The Open Campaign Asset Layer

SPHR Tokenized Equity↓Pro-rata Activist Token↓Simulated Fee → 50/50 Split

TOWN is the campaign layer, not the original stock-tokenization provider. Half of each swap fee adds eligible backing; half builds the activation reserve for goal-triggered SPV and campaign costs.

The proposer's responsibility

Verification Required Before Launch

  • Third-Party Identity, Background and Conflict Review
  • Campaign Publishes Without a Pre-Formed SPV
  • SPV Formation Triggered When the Goal Is Reached
  • Mandate, Custody, Proxy and Fee Disclosures

Phase 7 architecture

Open Core. Configurable Perimeter.

Any wallet can participate by default in this local simulation. Verification, allowlists, venue controls, jurisdiction rules and position caps live in a separate policy layer without changing the pro-rata backing engine.

Product assumptions

Open for Holders. Guarded for Proposers.

Permissionless common-user access with auditable campaign and backing controls.

✓

Deposit and receive campaign tokens

Campaign-token supply expands at the prevailing backing ratio without diluting existing holders.

✓

Productive Fee Split

Half of swap fees fund backing; half funds disclosed campaign costs.

✓

Restricted Authority

The intended control design restricts backing movements and equity rights to the mandate; real custody and legal enforcement remain unverified.

✓

Active-Mandate Lock

Direct redemption locks at the goal. A secondary-market exit depends on liquidity; this demo only models quotes.
